No. We have nightly and weekly rates. The weekly rate gives a 10% discount to the guests staying in the park. Since the prices fluctuate for weekends and holidays, this is not going to be the same price every week. 

Anyone who meets the criteria can stay. The rules are different for nightly rates vs weekly rates. Every reservation MUST have someone over the age of 21.

- Quiet hours are at 10pm. 

- No open flame fires allowed. 

- Pets MUST be on a leash at all times. 

- No pit bulls allowed.

- Price covers 2 people and 1 vehicle. Additional guests and vehicles are a $5 fee per night.  

- Weekly rate is ONLY for groups of two or less guests. No additional guests can be added at this rate. 

- RV or Trailer must be a 2000 or newer (If it is older, please have management approve it.

- At the end of each week, the septic and gray tanks must be emptied either by a mobile pumping service or by driving to the dump station in town.

- After tanks have been emptied, the guest can pay for another week.

- Guests found emptying any tanks on the property (in the bushes, in the grass, etc) will be asked to leave immediately. There will be no refund given for unused nights and guests may be subject to a fee. 

- Parking spaces must be kept cleaned up at all times.
