Policies & procedures
- Check in time is 3pm. To request early check-in, please call the office prior to your check in date. Early check-in is NOT guaranteed, but we will do our best.
- Check-out is by 11am. If you would like to request a late check-out, please call the office. Late check-out can not be guaranteed.
- Cancelations must be made more than 48 hours prior to check in. If cancelation is made less than 48 hours before check-in time, one night's stay will be charged as the cancelation fee.
- All reservations will require a $40 hold to be placed on the credit card on file. The hold will be released at check-out, as soon as housekeeping has been able to check the room for damages.
- Pets are no longer allowed on the motel property.
- City ordinance requires us to maintain a quiet time of 10pm.
- A credit card is required to guarantee the room and to cover room incidentals. You will be notified of any additional charges to the room prior to being charged. Incidentals can include missing items, damage to the room, or for extensive cleaning needed.
- Our hotel is non-smoking/non-vaping! Ashtrays are provided for guests outside all rooms. There will be an additional $200 fee charged to your card for smoking or vaping, along with any room damage.
